  Avoid at all cost, i recently attended this place and the person that served me was less than enthusiastic and it seemed an to annoy them that I wanted to spend a bit more than the $48 on a bouquet I asked for addition stems to be added and pay the extra $8 this person then took took two payments from my card as she thought the first hand not gone through, no problem mistakes happen, when i got home i checked and it had been taken twice ($112) I called and arranged to go back.

  I attended the shop 48 hrs later and asked for the refund and was told I would have to come back another day by a less than interested individual, i explained that was difficult and bit annoying and I was told tuff you could be ripping us off we get all types of people come in here !!!!!!!!! this person then went on to effectively try and ridicule me because I wanted my money back .

  I had an idea of how our wedding flowers would compliment our theme and with Tarnia's kind and approachable manner, experience and knowledge, my ideas became a reality. Our flowers were perfect. There were a few factors to consider with our wedding being in the height of summer but with her advice on flowers to choose and how to care for them, they lasted really well. We would highly recommend Blackwood florist for any occasion.

  I didn't get my money and will contact my bank, Dodgy business practice to accuse the customer I think.who thought buying flowers could be such a bad experience.

  I've ordered flowers a number of times from Blackwood Florist. I live in Canada and placing a long distance order can sometimes lead to disappointment. Not the case with Blackwood. They do exceptional work and are very pleasant and helpful to deal with. It's nice to make a long distance call to a business and actually speak to a real person! I highly recommend them if you want a quality product and great customer service.

  Thanks Blackwood Florist again !!! I always use this florist and they never let me down. I was away overseas last week and called the ladies to organize flowers for my mum who had to go into hospital. I totally got the hospital and the day she was going in wrong and was unreachable but the Florist went above and beyond calling all the hospital 's for 2 days till they tracked my mum down. She sent me the photo of the flowers which of course she loved! Really appreciate your care , cheers.

Great quality and competitive pricing - but most of all professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend your services in a heartbeat!
